Shrimp Moqueca Recipe 👨🍳🍤
This shrimp moqueca recipe is a surprise for even the most discerning palates. Easy to make and very tasty.
Ingredients
1 kg 20/30 Vannamei shrimp
1 tbsp + 1 dessert spoon salt
1/2 pepper
2 tbsp wheat flour
2 tbsp olive oil
2 onions
2 cloves garlic
1 red chili pepper
3 ripe tomatoes
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 lime
200 ml coconut milk
1/2 water
1/2 parsley
Preparation
Peel the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and mix with the wheat flour. Set aside.
Heat the olive oil and sauté the onion with the garlic and chili pepper, stirring well. Then, add the chopped tomatoes and cover the pan until softened.
Add the sliced bell peppers, lime juice, and stir very well.
Add the shrimp and coconut milk, mix, and add a little water if necessary. Let it cook for five minutes.
Adjust the salt and pepper, add the herbs, mix, and serve the shrimp moqueca with rice.
