Easy to make, delicious and very cheap Cauliflower Pizza
Ingredients
400g Cauliflower
1 Egg
3 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
1 Clove Garlic
2 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
125g Mozzarella Cheese
Arugula to taste
Cherry Tomatoes to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Oregano to taste
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
2. In a food processor, roughly chop the cauliflower.
3. Transfer the dough to a bowl and add the chopped garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, Parmesan cheese and egg. Mix well.
4. Place a sheet of baking paper on a round baking tray and spread the dough, pressing it down to form a compact circle.
5. Bake for 20 minutes.
6. After this period, remove from the oven, spread the tomato sauce and cover with the grated mozzarella cheese.
7. Place in the oven for another 10 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
8. Then remove from the oven and distribute the arugula and cherry tomatoes to taste.
