 Delicious Vegetarian Roll Recipe


Ingredients


250g tofu

3 to 4 tablespoons of olive oil

1 tablespoon of vinegar

2 cloves of minced garlic

1 chopped onion

1 grated carrot

1 medium grated potato

½ head of cabbage (previously washed and cut into thin strips)

1 teaspoon of paprika

1 teaspoon of nutmeg

1 bay leaf or rosemary to taste

3/4 tablespoons of rice flour







Preparation


1. Preheat the oven to 190ºC.

2. In a pan, place 3 to 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 chopped garlic cloves, 1 chopped onion, 1 bay leaf and cook over low heat until the onion becomes translucent.

3. At this point, add 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of nutmeg, 250g of tofu (chopped), 1 medium grated potato, 1 grated carrot and ½ a cabbage heart.

4. Let the vegetables cook (you can add hot water little by little, if necessary).

5. Before turning off the heat, mix in 1 tablespoon of vinegar and 3/4 tablespoons of rice flour.

6. Grease a piece of baking paper with olive oil and transfer the vegetable and tofu mixture to it, shaping it into a roll.

7. Seal with baking paper and bake for about 35 minutes.

8. Serve hot.
