Watermelon Ice Cream 👨🍳
This watermelon ice cream is fresh, healthy, and practically all fruit! The best part? It's served inside the watermelon itself, for a more fun dessert.
Ingredients
1 watermelon
100 ml sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup mint
1/2 cup lime juice
1/2 cup shredded coconut
Preparation
Cut the watermelon in half, remove the pulp, place it in a container and freeze overnight. Also freeze half of the hollowed-out watermelon.
The next day, place the frozen watermelon in a food processor along with the sweetened condensed milk, mint, and lime juice. Blend until creamy.
Serve the ice cream inside the frozen half-watermelon.
Garnish with shredded coconut.
