Ingredients

400 g diced turkey breast

2 tbsp paprika paste

1 tsp garlic powder

1 bay leaf

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

400 g frozen chestnuts

100 g frozen diced onion

200 g (½ pack) diced pumpkin

1 tsp salt

1/2 to taste pepper

1/2 to taste dried thyme

1 pack (300 g)

small Portobello mushrooms

250 g

broccoli florets

Preparation

Season the meat with paprika paste, garlic powder, and bay leaf.

Heat the olive oil in a saucepan, add the meat, and sauté over medium-high heat until well browned on all sides.

Meanwhile, place the chestnuts in a glass container, cover, and microwave for 2 minutes at maximum power.

Add the chestnuts, onion, and pumpkin to the saucepan. Pour in a little boiling water and season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Stir and cook over low heat.

Meanwhile, wash the mushrooms and cut them in half. Add them to the saucepan, stir, cover, and cook for another 20 minutes.

Wash the broccoli and cook it covered, with a little water, in the microwave for about 8 minutes. Serve with the turkey.
