Tuna Bolognese 👨🍳
Ingredients
1 dl olive oil
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1.5 dl white wine
300 g tomato pulp
1 tsp basil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp mixed peppercorns
200 g tuna
Preparation
In a frying pan, sauté the onion in olive oil until golden brown.
Add the garlic and stir.
Next, add the white wine and let the alcohol evaporate.
Add the seasonings: salt, mixed peppercorns, basil, and finally, the tomato pulp. Stir everything together and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the drained tuna. Stir and turn off the heat.
Serve with spaghetti or another side dish of your choice.
