Salmon Skewers with Lemon Recipe
Ingredients
3 tbsp MAGGI Sauce
600g salmon fillets (skinless and boneless)
3 lemons
3 tbsp sesame seeds
1 slice of fresh ginger (optional)
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 clove of garlic
Preparation of Salmon Skewers with Lemon
Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon and then mix with the ginger, garlic (chopped), olive oil, sugar, sesame seeds and MAGGI sauce.
Wash the remaining lemons and cut them into very thin slices.
Cut the salmon into cubes of the same size and then prepare the skewers with the salmon and thin lemon slices alternating.
Drizzle the skewers with the previously prepared mixture and let them marinate for 30 minutes, turning them over after the first 15 minutes.
In a preheated grill pan, cook the skewers for 4-5 minutes, basting again with the marinade.
Serve hot. As a suggestion, accompany with sautéed vegetables and white rice.
