Prawns with Curry Cream and Rice 👨‍🍳

Ingredients


200g rice

1 MAGGI Beef Stock cube

600g prawns

2 tbsp curry powder

200ml evaporated milk

1 apple

1 onion

2 tbsp olive oil





Preparation of Prawns with Curry Cream and Rice


Sauté the chopped onion in a little oil; as soon as it browns, add the chopped apple and sauté for a few more minutes over low heat.


Add curry powder, sauté for a few minutes, and finally, pour in the evaporated milk and cook for a few more minutes over low heat, without letting it boil.


Season the prawns with salt and grill them with a few drops of oil. Cover with curry cream and serve with white rice, cooked with a stock cube.


Note: Use a mild curry if you don't want it to be too strong.
