Pork Ribs with Mustard and Honey

Ingredients
100 ml honey
5 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 tbsp sweet paprika
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves minced garlic
2 strips of pork ribs
1 tbsp + 1 tsp salt
1 pinch pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the honey, mustard, seasoning, pepper, paprika, olive oil, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
Place the pork ribs on a sheet of aluminum foil. Season with salt and then brush the ribs with the previous mixture on both sides.
Wrap the foil tightly, place it on a baking sheet, and bake at 160°C (325°F) for one hour.
After one hour, open the foil and bake again for 10 minutes on each side to brown and crisp.
