Oven-Baked Sweet Potatoes (with Chicken)


For a balanced, quick, and practical meal, try these oven-baked sweet potatoes with chicken. A healthy dish for your everyday life, easy to prepare and also perfect for those following a gluten-free diet.


Ingredients


1 medium sweet potato

1 chicken fillet

Salt (to taste)

3 tbsp olive oil

Aromatic herbs (to taste)

Arugula (leaves)




Preparation


Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into fries.


Place them in a bowl and add 2 tbsp of olive oil. Season with salt and mix well with your hands.


Season the chicken with salt, aromatic herbs, and olive oil (approximately 1 tbsp).


Place the potatoes and chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (350°F) or until golden brown.
