Honey, Cinnamon and Port Wine Cake
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 cup. of sugar
2 cups of milk
2 cups of flour
2 c. bicarbonate coffee
2 c. cinnamon coffee
2 c. of olive oil soup
4 c. of honey soup
3 c. of port wine soup
Preparation:
Beat the eggs with the sugar, add the olive oil and mix.
Add the milk, honey, cinnamon and Port wine. Stir well.
Add the flour and bicarbonate and mix.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° in a greased and floured pan for 35 minutes (test with a toothpick).
