Garlic Bread with Brie and Honey
Garlic bread with brie and honey is a creamy and irresistible recipe that combines melted brie cheese with the sweetness of honey. Perfect to serve as an appetizer or snack to share.
Ingredients
1 loaf of bread
4 tbsp salted butter
20g fresh parsley
4 cloves garlic
200g brie cheese
1 tbsp honey
1 dessert spoon chili oil
Preparation
Start by preparing the garlic butter. In a bowl, combine the butter, garlic, and parsley (previously chopped) and mix well.
Cut the bread in half lengthwise and spread generously with the garlic butter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 10 minutes or until the bread begins to brown.
While the bread is in the oven, prepare the cheese. Remove the white rind from the brie cheese and cut the inside into cubes.
Grind the cheese cubes in a food processor until a creamy paste forms.
Remove the bread from the oven and spread the brie cheese paste over the surface.
Drizzle with honey to taste.
Optionally, add a spicy touch with a little chili oil and finish with more chopped parsley.
Cut the bread into strips and serve immediately while it's warm and creamy.
