 Chicken with Almonds


Ingredients


1 package of Succulent Oven-Baked Chicken Provençal with Aromatic Herbs

8 skinless chicken thighs (1.2 kg)

125 g raw, skinless almond kernels

2 peeled garlic cloves

200 g onion

250 g whole fresh mushrooms

100 ml white wine




Preparation of Chicken with Almonds


Preheat the oven to 200ºC.


Peel and cut the onion into eighths.


Place the chicken thighs inside the Succulent Oven-Baked bag and sprinkle with the seasoning found at the bottom of the package.


Add the almonds, garlic, mushrooms, onion, and white wine.

Close the bag, following the instructions on the package, and mix well carefully.


Place the bag on a baking tray. With the help of scissors, make small holes in the top of the bag to allow steam to escape.

Place the baking tray on the bottom rack of the oven, without using the grill function, and following the instructions on the package. Let it cook for 60 minutes.
