Beef Noodles with Bimi Recipe 👨🍳🍷
These beef noodles with bimi are a high-protein recipe, ideal for a quick and balanced meal. With carrots, bimi, and soy sauce, they are ready in just 30 minutes and are perfect for a flavorful dinner.
Ingredients
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
300g minced veal
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 chili pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp ginger
1 pack (200g) bimi
1 pack (200g) grated carrot
200g bean sprouts
3 tbsp soy sauce
200g noodles
1 spring onion
1 tbsp Soup
Sesame seeds
Preparation
In a wok or deep frying pan, heat the olive oil and cook the meat until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add the sesame oil, chili pepper, chopped garlic cloves, and ginger. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes.
Add the chopped broccoli noodles and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring regularly. Add the grated carrot, bean sprouts, and reserved meat and mix well.
Meanwhile, in another pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Add the soy sauce and cooked pasta to the meat and vegetable mixture and gently combine.
Before serving, sprinkle with thinly sliced spring onion and sesame seeds.
