Banana Pudding 👨‍🍳


Banana pudding is a simple and comforting dessert, with a smooth texture and a naturally sweet flavor that wins you over with every spoonful. Perfect for using up ripe bananas and ending a meal deliciously.


Ingredients


200g white sugar

3 bananas, chopped

1 can of low-fat condensed milk

1 can of plant-based milk

1 vanilla pod

4 eggs





Preparation


Place the sugar in a saucepan and let it caramelize until it turns golden brown. Pour the caramel into a pudding mold, coating the inside of the mold, and set aside.


In a blender, place the chopped bananas, low-fat condensed milk, plant-based milk, vanilla pod, and eggs. Blend until you obtain a smooth cream.


Pour the mixture into the caramelized mold and bake in a water bath at 180°C for about 45 minutes.


Let it cool, unmold, and serve the banana pudding drizzled with caramel.
