 Turkey Pizza with Red Berries


Make the most of leftover roast turkey and try this simple turkey pizza recipe with red berries. An easy, flavorful, and zero-waste option for weekday meals.


Ingredients


2 pizzas (520 g)

pizza dough

4 tbsp raspberry jam

300 g grated mozzarella cheese

200 g leftover roast turkey

1 red onion (100 g)

fresh thyme

1 tsp pepper

1 arugula (70 g)

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil




Preparation


Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).


Unroll the two pizza doughs and spread a tablespoon of raspberry jam on each.


Divide some of the mozzarella cheese, the shredded leftover roast turkey, and the sliced ​​red onion between the two bases. Add a little more mozzarella and top with the remaining raspberry jam.


Finish with thyme and pepper to taste.


Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the dough is cooked and the cheese is melted.


Remove from the oven, distribute the arugula leaves over the pizzas and drizzle with olive oil.
