Tortiglioni with Olive Sauce
Ingredients
3 tbsp olive oil
100g onion
3 cloves garlic
780g diced tomatoes
1 tbsp salt
1 pinch pepper
2 tbsp basil
2 tbsp thyme
1 pinch black olives
1 pinch cooked tortiglioni
Preparation
Heat the olive oil in a pan and sautΓ© the chopped onion and garlic until translucent.
Add the diced tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook for a few minutes until the tomatoes begin to break down.
Add the basil leaves and fresh thyme, and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
Add the sliced black olives and stir.
Incorporate the cooked tortiglioni pasta into the sauce.
Mix well so that the pasta is completely covered by the sauce and serve immediately.
