Ingredients

1 bar of dark chocolate

190g sweetened condensed milk

2 packages of heavy cream

100g raspberries

50g butter

100g raspberries

Preparation of Red Berry Pudding

Place the chocolate in the bowl and program 4 sec/speed 1.

Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and program 5 min/50°C/speed 3.1.

Pour into a silicone pudding mold and refrigerate for about 4 hours.

Unmold when completely cold. Decorate with red berries.

Tip: Make the day before to obtain the desired consistency.
