Pan-Seared Steak Recipe with Fries and Green Puree 👨🍳🍷
Ingredients
Steak: 1 thick-cut beef steak (fillet, ribeye, or sirloin), room temperature. Cookpad

Instructions
Prepare the Green Puree
Blanch the spinach or broccoli in boiling salted water for 5–10 minutes. tudoreceitas.com
Sauté minced garlic in olive oil until golden. Add the drained greens and sauté for a few minutes.
Blend until smooth using a hand blender. For a creamier texture, stir in a spoonful of cream or butter.
Cook the Steak
Season the steak generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat a pan with oil over high heat until smoking.
Sear the steak for about 1 minute on high heat to develop a crust. Cookpad
