Ingredients


1 tbsp olive oil

2 shallots

2 cloves garlic

400g mushrooms

1 tbsp dried rosemary

200ml cream

1 tbsp mustard

1 tbsp salt

1 tbsp pepper

1 tbsp cooked tagliatelle

1 tbsp fresh thyme





Preparation


In a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, sauté the shallots and chopped garlic until softened.


Add the sliced ​​mushrooms and season with dried rosemary. Sauté until the mushrooms release their water and begin to brown.


In a separate bowl, mix the cream with the mustard.


Pour the cream mixture over the mushrooms in the pan and mix.


Let the sauce simmer over low heat until it begins to thicken.


Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and stir well.


Add the cooked tagliatelle to the sauce.


Gently fold the pasta into the sauce until well coated. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh thyme.
