Mozambique Prawns with 3 Sauces
Mozambique prawns served with three distinct sauces: avocado mayonnaise, yogurt sauce, and sweet and sour mayonnaise. Intense and contrasting flavors for discerning palates.
Ingredients
800 g frozen wild Mozambique prawns (40/60 count)
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves minced garlic
1 (5 g) chili pepper
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
100 g mayonnaise
1 (150 g) guacamole
1 tbsp fresh cilantro
1 lime (juice)
½ cup natural Greek yogurt
½ lemon (juice)
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp fresh mint
100 g mayonnaise

Sweet chili sauce
1 teaspoon fresh cilantro
Preparation:
Thaw and peel the shrimp. Leave the tails on.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add the chopped chili pepper.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes. Finish with chopped cilantro.
For the guacamole mayonnaise, mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate until serving.
For the yogurt sauce, mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate until serving.
For the sweet and sour sauce, mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate until serving.
Place the bowls with the sauces on a serving platter and arrange the shrimp around them. Serve immediately.
