Oven-baked cod with potatoes and bell peppers
Ingredients
300g cod (2 fillets)
Olive oil
Garlic (I used powder)
Salt to taste
Red bell pepper to taste
Preparation
In a Pyrex dish, place the sliced onion and a little olive oil. Place the cod fillets on top and arrange the diced potatoes around them. Season with garlic and salt. Add the chopped bell peppers and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in the oven until fully cooked.
