Recipe for Beef Tenderloin in Puff Pastry
Ingredients
1 sheet of puff pastry
1 beef tenderloin (400g)
2 slices of ham
100g grated cheese
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
Roll out the puff pastry and cut two strips from the sides. Set this pastry aside for later.
Arrange the ham slices and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Season and quickly cook the tenderloin on both sides in a frying pan.
Place the tenderloin on top of the ham and cheese and roll it up in the puff pastry.
Use the pastry you set aside to decorate the tenderloin roll.
Brush with egg yolk.
Bake for 35 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
Ready!
