Codfish Pasta
Ingredients
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of tomato paste
Pepper
Pasta to taste
Preparation
Sauté the onion, garlic, and bay leaf in olive oil.
When golden brown, add the tomato paste and let it simmer.
Add the flaked codfish and cook for 2 minutes.
Add enough water for the amount of pasta you will be using.
Add the fish stock cube and pepper, adjust the seasoning, and let the pasta cook.
When cooked, add a good sprig of mint.
Serve immediately.
