 Bread Wraps with Jam


Ingredients


8 slices of bread

8 tablespoons of jam (of your choice)

1 egg

60 ml of milk

10 g of sugar

50 ml of oil for frying (approximately)





Preparation


Cut the crusts off the bread. Using a rolling pin, press and knead each slice well.


Spread the jam on each slice and roll it up tightly.


In a bowl, mix the egg, milk, and sugar. Dip each roll in this mixture.


In a pan, add a little butter, heat, and brown each side of the wrap.


Sprinkle with sugar. The sweet wraps are ready to be devoured.
