 Stuffed Potato with Salmon (Baked Potato)


Who doesn't love stuffed potatoes! They're usually prepared with ham or bacon and then cheese. Our version comes with smoked salmon and cream cheese. To be enjoyed hot or cold, we've explained our preparation steps below ↓


Ingredients





4 potatoes

150g cream cheese (like Philadelphia)

2 slices of smoked salmon

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp chopped dill

salt

pepper


Preparation


Wrap the potatoes individually in aluminum foil. Bake for 1 hour at 180ºC (350ºF).

In a bowl, mix the Philadelphia cheese, lemon juice, and dill. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the salmon into strips and incorporate into the mixture.


Remove the potatoes from the aluminum foil and cut them in half lengthwise. Don't cut all the way through. They should still be joined. Divide the filling into 4 portions and share.
