"Spaghetti alla puttanesca," the dish of sin!
An Italian recipe with the aroma of sin: "Spaghetti alla puttanesca." Legend says this dish may have been created by prostitutes in the city of Naples.
Ingredients
200g spaghetti
400g peeled tomatoes
50g black olives
20g capers
1 fresh chili pepper (or dedo de moça pepper)
1 clove garlic
3 tbsp olive oil
parsley
Preparation
Pour the oil into a frying pan, add a whole clove of garlic, the chopped fresh chili pepper, the chopped anchovy fillets, and fry them over medium heat for about 4 minutes. Stir frequently.
Then, pour the peeled tomatoes into the pan and crush them with a wooden spoon. Add the capers and the crushed black olives. Mix everything together and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. It should be al dente.
Now that the sauce is ready, remove the garlic clove and add the chopped parsley for aroma.
Then drain the spaghetti and place it in the pan. Mix everything together and let it cook for a few more minutes. It's ready!
Spaghetti alla puttanesca is ready!
