 Tropical Rainbow Fruit Salad


Ingredients


(Serves 4):


1 cup fresh strawberries, halved

1 apple (of your choice), diced

1 orange, peeled and cut into wedges or cubes

1 banana, sliced

1 cup grapes (green or purple), halved

1 kiwi, peeled and sliced

1/2 pineapple, diced

1 mango, diced

1/2 cup blueberries (optional, if available)

Juice of 1 lemon

2 tablespoons honey (optional, for sweetness)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish






Directions:


Wash all the fruit thoroughly. Cut them into small, even pieces for easy mixing.

In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, apple, orange, banana, grapes, kiwi, pineapple, mango, and blueberries. Drizzle lemon juice over the fruit to enhance the flavor and prevent oxidation.

If you want a sweet touch, add honey and mix gently.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve chilled.


Tip: Serve with plain yogurt, granola, or a scoop of ice cream for an extra touch!
