 Very Soft Condensed Milk Cake


Ingredients


1 can of condensed milk (400g)

4 eggs

120g (8 tablespoons) of all-purpose flour

50g (1/4 cup) of melted butter

1 teaspoon of baking powder






Preparation


Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Use a mixer: In a bowl, beat the eggs with the condensed milk. It may take a while to reach the thick consistency of condensed milk.


Next, add the melted butter, flour, and baking powder and beat until smooth.


Grease the pan. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 160°C (320°F).

Note: Depending on the oven's power, the cake may be ready sooner. Always test with a wooden toothpick or fork. The toothpick should come out clean.
