 Tuna Pasta (Very Easy) Recipe


Ingredients


200g pasta

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 shallot (red onion)

1 can tuna (fresh)

1 clove garlic

15ml heavy cream

salt

pepper

30g grated cheese

10g parsley




Preparation


Cook the pasta according to package directions. Set aside.


In a skillet, sauté the onion in olive oil along with the drained tuna. Add a crushed garlic clove.


Finally, add the cream. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes over low heat.


While still in the skillet, add the cooked pasta and cook for 3 minutes over low heat. Add the cheese and chopped parsley. Mix. It's ready!
