 Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe


Ingredients


1 can of sweetened condensed milk

2 cartons of heavy cream

8 sheets of gelatin

200g of Philadelphia cheese

1 package of Maria biscuits

100g of margarine

Strawberry Jam





Preparation


Crush the biscuits and add the melted margarine, mix well, and pour into the bottom of a baking dish.

Refrigerate while you prepare the cream.

Soak the gelatin sheets and melt them in 1 dl of milk. Whip the cream into whipped cream and set aside.

Beat the cheese for a few seconds with the sweetened condensed milk and add the cream. Add the melted gelatin and pour over the biscuit base.


Refrigerate to set (at least 4 hours).

Remove and spread the strawberry jam on top, refrigerate again, and serve.
