Roast Pork Leg with Dark Beer Recipe
Ingredients
1 pork leg (1.5 to 2 kg)
1 1/2 dl (150 ml) olive oil
sweet paprika
ground black pepper
2 bay leaves
rosemary
1 dark beer
salt
4 or 5 cloves garlic
1 dl (100 ml) water
Preparation
Place the leg in a baking dish, season with the ingredients described above, and marinate overnight.
Then, place the dish in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 1 hour, until golden brown, but be careful not to let the meat dry out.
Slice the loin and serve with a salad.
