 Pasta Salad


Ingredients


350g penne pasta

2 tomatoes

150g feta cheese

85g pitted black olives

5 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

aromatic herbs (herbs de Provence)

salt

pepper





Preparation


Cook the pasta according to the cooking time indicated on the package. Rinse the pasta under cold water to cool it quickly.


In the same bowl, combine the penne, feta cheese, diced tomatoes, and olive oil.


Add the aromatic herbs (we used herbes de Provence). Mix well.


Separately, combine the olive oil with the balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour this dressing over the salad and toss again.
