Oven-Baked Salmon Fillets, Flavored with Cilantro
Ingredients
Salmon Fillets
Lemon Juice
Chopped Garlic
Chopped Cilantro
Olive Oil
Salt
Small Potato with Skin
Preparation
Season the fillets with lemon, chopped garlic, and salt. Marinate for about 2 hours.
Place the fillets in a greased baking dish. I chopped the garlic and cilantro and sprinkled them over the fish.
Drizzle with olive oil and add two tablespoons of the marinade to the bottom of the dish. Place in the oven at 350°F (180°C) and let it cook slowly.
I washed the potatoes well, cut them in half, and placed them in the Actifry oven for about 10 minutes, drizzled with a measuring spoon of olive oil. At the end of the cooking time, I placed them in a baking dish, sprinkled them with minced garlic and chopped parsley, and baked them until they were finished baking.
Ovening times depend on your taste; you may prefer them more or less toasted.
I served them with a green salad.
