 Mashed Potatoes (Easy) Recipe


Ingredients


700g potatoes

50ml milk

60g butter

salt

pepper






Preparation


Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into chunks. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes in a saucepan filled with hot water. Season with salt.


When the potatoes are cooked, remove them from the water and place them in a bowl. Mash them (with a pestle, fork, or potato masher, for example). Add the hot milk, butter, pepper, and salt (if needed). Add a pinch of ground nutmeg.


Mash everything again or use the potato masher again to mix everything well. Keep warm.


Your mashed potatoes are ready.
