Grilled Sardines with Bell Pepper Salad


Ingredients


1 kg of fatty sardines

coarse salt to taste

1 lemon

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salad

3 cloves of garlic

1 green bell pepper

1 red bell pepper

2 tablespoons vinegar

2 dl (200 ml) olive oil

salt to taste

pepper to taste

* bell pepper = bell pepper






Preparation


Wash the sardines without gutting them. Season with coarse salt and place on a very hot grill. Turn until golden brown. Remove to a serving platter. Garnish with lemon and chopped parsley, and drizzle with olive oil.

Grill the bell peppers, remove the skin and seeds, cut into thin strips, add the minced garlic and the remaining ingredients, stir well, and adjust the seasoning.

Serve with the sardines.
