Garlic and Parsley Bread Recipe
Ingredients
1 baguette
2 small garlic cloves
150g butter
1 bunch fresh parsley
Salt to taste
Preparation
Start by making slits all over the baguette, without cutting it completely.
Chop the parsley.
Peel the garlic and chop it like parsley.
Melt the butter.
Add the parsley, garlic, and salt and stir.
Place the baguette on top of aluminum foil.
Using a pastry brush, spread the sauce between the slits. Brush the top of the baguette with the sauce.
Wrap with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes at 200°C.
