French Brioche Recipe
Ingredients
440 g T55 flour
50 g sugar
70 g cold semi-salted butter, cut into cubes
1 beaten egg
1 teaspoon fine salt
12 g fresh yeast
210 g warm semi-skimmed milk
Preparation
Place the ingredients in this order in the food processor and select the dough setting.
Shape into 3 equal-sized balls and place them in a loaf pan. Let rise for one hour.
Brush with a mixture of beaten egg and milk and bake for approximately 20 minutes at 180°C.
