Cold Tuna Salad Recipe

Ingredients
200g cooked farfalle pasta
2 cans of drained tuna
1 grated carrot
250g cherry tomatoes
1/2 red onion, sliced
100g sweetcorn
Black olives to taste
2 chopped hard-boiled eggs
1 teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Chopped parsley to taste
Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl. Serve immediately and garnish with chopped parsley.
