Chocolate Salami: Easy, Quick, and Irresistible Recipe
Ingredients
400g Maria biscuits
200g margarine
200g sugar
200g chocolate powder
2 eggs
Preparation
Break the biscuits into very small pieces, including some finely ground. Set aside.
In a saucepan, heat the margarine and sugar. Once boiling, turn off the heat and stir to dissolve the sugar. Add the chocolate and stir well. Add the beaten eggs and stir quickly, so they don't cook.
In a large bowl, place the biscuits and pour over the chocolate cream. Coat well.
Shape the salami on aluminum foil and refrigerate until ready to serve.
