Apple Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients
3 coarsely grated apples
1 egg
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons softened butter
1 1/2 cups flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Preparation
Beat the egg with the butter and milk. Add the grated apple.
Add the remaining ingredients with a wooden spoon, being careful not to overmix.
Place spoonfuls of batter in the pan, spreading evenly. Keep in mind that these pancakes should be cooked on a lower heat than "normal" pancakes.
