Almond Cake Recipe
Ingredients
3 eggs
100g sugar
150g almond flour (ground almonds)
1 teaspoon bitter almond extract
75g butter
25g sliced almonds
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light. Then add the almond flour and extract. Mix. Add the melted butter. Mix until smooth.
Pour the batter into the greased pan.
Sprinkle the sliced almonds on top.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
It's ready. If desired, sprinkle with sugar before serving.
