Strawberry Cake Recipe π°π
Dough ingredients:
1 cup of water
1 cup of strawberry Nesquick®
4 tablespoons of butter
3 eggs
1 and ½ cups of sugar
3 cups of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
Topping:
300g of strawberries
1 cup of sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
Preparation method:
Blend the water, Nesquick, butter, eggs and sugar in a blender until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl, add the flour and baking powder and mix with a spoon.
Pour into a greased and floured pan and bake in a medium oven (180°C) for about 35 minutes.
For the topping, heat the strawberries, sugar and lemon juice over low heat until they boil and form a syrup.
Unmold the cake, cover with the syrup and decorate with halved strawberries.
