Shrimp with Curry Recipe 🍤🍤🍤


Ingredients (serves 2)


300 g peeled shrimp


1 chopped onion


1 crushed garlic clove


1 teaspoon ground ginger


1 teaspoon curry


½ teaspoon turmeric


100 ml coconut milk


Juice of 1 lime


Salt and pepper to taste


Olive oil to taste





Preparation


Sauté the onion in olive oil until translucent.


Add the garlic, ginger and lime juice. Stir well and sauté for a few more minutes.


Add the coconut milk, curry, turmeric, salt and pepper. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.


Add the shrimp and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes, until they are pink and juicy.


Serve with white or basmati rice and, if you like, top with fresh coriander.
