Shrimp with Curry Recipe π€π€π€
Ingredients (serves 2)
300 g peeled shrimp
1 chopped onion
1 crushed garlic clove
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon curry
½ teaspoon turmeric
100 ml coconut milk
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil to taste
Preparation
SautΓ© the onion in olive oil until translucent.
Add the garlic, ginger and lime juice. Stir well and sautΓ© for a few more minutes.
Add the coconut milk, curry, turmeric, salt and pepper. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the shrimp and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes, until they are pink and juicy.
Serve with white or basmati rice and, if you like, top with fresh coriander.
