Salted Peanuts Recipe ππ
Ingredients
2 cups of peanuts
1 egg white
1/2 tablespoon of salt
Preparation
1. In a bowl, place the egg white. Then add the peanuts and mix well.
2. Place the peanuts in a sieve to drain the excess egg white. Place the salt inside a clean plastic bag.
3. Transfer the peanuts to the bag and shake well to mix with the salt.
4. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool.
