Recipe 🦐 Seafood Spaghetti
Ingredients:
200 g spaghetti
1 packet of mixed seafood (shrimp, mussels, squid, etc.)
1 medium onion (cut into half-moons)
2 cloves of minced garlic
1 tablespoon of butter
1 dash of olive oil
1 tablespoon of cream (optional, for a creamy touch)
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley to garnish
Method:
Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Reserve some of the cooking water.
In a large frying pan, melt the butter with the olive oil. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until lightly golden.
Add the seafood mix (already defrosted) and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes over low heat.
Add the cream (if using), season with salt and pepper and mix well.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and mix everything together. If necessary, add a little of the pasta water to thicken the sauce.
Finish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
