Pasta with Meat and Vegetables 😊
Ingredients
300g of meat (cubed flank or rump)
250g of pasta (screw, penne or whatever you have at home)
1 chopped onion
2 cloves of minced garlic
1 carrot in slices
1 diced zucchini
1 bell pepper in strips
1 chopped tomato
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
Salt, black pepper and parsley to taste
Olive oil or oil for sautéing
Enough hot water for cooking
Preparation method
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until golden.
Add the meat, season with salt and pepper, and let brown well.
Add the tomato and tomato paste. Sauté for 2 minutes.
Add the vegetables and a little hot water. Cover and cook until the vegetables are soft.
Stir in the cooked pasta, adjust the seasoning, and finish with the parsley.
