Mixed Meat Skewer ππ· Recipe
Ingredients (serves 4)
400 g of pork (diced)
400 g of turkey breast (diced)
50 g of fresh bacon
1 green pepper (diced)
1 large onion (quartered)
3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
1 dl of olive oil
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 teaspoon of paprika
Chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste
Method
Prepare the ingredients: cut the meat, bacon, pepper and onion into regular pieces.
Assemble the skewers: alternate the ingredients on the skewers (meat, pepper, onion, bacon...).
Marinade: mix the olive oil, vinegar, garlic, paprika, parsley, salt and pepper. Brush the skewers well with this mixture.
Grill: place the skewers on the grill, turning occasionally and brushing with the marinade until golden and cooked.
