Marinated tuna

Marinated tuna:


Ingredients:


1 kg of fresh tuna loin


2 onions


5 cloves of garlic


2 tablespoons of parsley


1 bay leaf


1 tablespoon of oregano


2 cups of olive oil


2 cups of vinegar


White pepper and salt to taste


Ice water


4 ice cubes





Preparation method:


Cut the onions into thin slices and soak in ice water for 15 minutes to reduce the acidity.


Chop 3 cloves of garlic and set aside.


Divide the tuna into 3 parts and cook in water with chopped garlic, salt and bay leaf for 20 minutes.


Drain the tuna and flake it.


In a bowl, mix the onion slices with vinegar, olive oil, chopped garlic, salt, oregano, white pepper and parsley.


Add the still-hot tuna to the marinade and refrigerate for 2 hours.


Serve cold and enjoy!
