Madeira tuna marinade 😊🍷Recipe
Main ingredients:
1 piece of tuna (about 1 kg)
6 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of parsley
Salt and pepper (optional)
1.5 dl of olive oil
3 tablespoons of vinegar
Preparation:
Soak the tuna in cold water for about 2 hours to bleed.
Cook the tuna in boiling water with 3 cloves of garlic, parsley and salt.
Once cooked, drain and place the tuna in a container.
Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar, add the remaining chopped garlic and parsley, and season to taste.
Leave to marinate overnight.
